Error Plesk Extensions

When I log in to my Plesk account and try to install the Node.js extension, I get an error saying that I don't have permissions for this and that I should contact my hosting provider, in this case AWS.

Mistake: You do not have permission to install extensions. Please contact your hosting provider.
