Redshift cluster stuck on "resuming" for several hours, what options are available?

Our Redshift cluster has a daIly pause/resume schedule which has worked fine until today. It has been stuck on "resuming" for the past three hours, and I am unable to do anything with it. Other questions I reviewed were related to an outage, and the suggestion was to delete and recreate from snapshot, which I would rather save as a last resort. Are there any other options available in this situation?

Double check this is not a browser issue by Control+F5 or even closing your browser completely (not just that tab, not just that window, but all windows). If the issue persists then kindly raise a Support Ticket.
