Hi, we are not able to find an invoice from a charge we recevied. Its a charge of £7.99. It has been paid, but we can't see the invoice. Could you let me know where we can find it please?

You can find your AWS invoices by following these steps:

  1. Sign into the AWS Management Console
  2. Open the Billing and Cost Management console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/costmanagement/
  3. Choose "Bills" to view your monthly charges
  4. Navigate to the "Invoices" tab on the Bills page

The Invoices tab lists all invoices for each service provider you transacted with during the selected billing period. To view and download a specific invoice:

  1. Find the invoice you're looking for (in your case, the one with the £7.99 charge)
  2. Click on the "Invoice ID" to open a PDF version that you can download

If you're using AWS Organizations, users logged into the management account can view consolidated charges for all member accounts.

Additionally, if you've configured invoice delivery preferences, invoices are also emailed to the management account and any designated invoice receiver account email addresses.

Note that you need the appropriate permissions to access billing information in the AWS Management Console.

Hi Maria,

Sorry to see you're still not finding what you're looking for.

Here is an article to help you find unexpected charges: http://go.aws/resources-unexpected-charges.

If you still need help, I'd recommend opening a support case with our Billing team. They have access to your account details, and can look into this with you. You can do so, in our Support Center: http://go.aws/support-center.
