[SES] Sending emails marked as spam

0

Hi, I noticed my emails of one of my campaign in the past few days getting into the spam section, I noticed a very low open rates from the average. Domain was verified via EasyDKIM, the mail-tester.com test for that email was scored 9.3, I just can think on one thing that I changed lately, that I changed the DNS A record a week ago for the domain to use Cloudflare service instead of the server IP, no other changes made. Before this DNS change everything was working good. May I need to change something in SES?

I even tried to resend a previous email that before landed in inbox and this time the same email landed in spam folder in Gmail.

Hope someone know how to guide me as I tried many tests and everything look fine. thanks in advanced, Ofir

  • Nothing is jumping out in the headers that would explain why its being marked as SPAM

  • I know it's very weird. Anything else that you can think of? How you suggest me to continue investigating the issue?

If you could share the email headers from GMAIL (Removing anything Sensitive) it would be intresting to know.

You need to ensure SPF records are correct along with MX records etc
