SMTP ISSUE with Wordpress SMTP PLUGIN

hello I created an email account on AWS SES and I want to connect it to my wrodpress site so that I can send emails from my site. I created an SMTP user and I putted the Access Key and the security Key correctly in WP Mail Smtp plugin, but the test is working only with the SES account I created but it is not sending emails to any other email platform.

Have you moved SES out of the sandbox?
