Amplify Studio - using Data tab to create new model with custom Partition Key

New to AWS and Amplify. Whenever I try to add a new model to my project, I see id is pre-populated without the option to delete, and is also the Partition Key. How do I change this so that I can set a custom Partition Key for my new model?
