How does one activate the serial (SAC) console on Windows instances in EC2

Trying to look up how to activate the SAC feature on our production EC2 instances, but just getting a stupid AI answer about using "system mismanager" and suggested content about using other such junk tools.

You can refer to How do I turn on the EC2 serial console, SAC, and boot menu to troubleshoot my Windows EC2 instance?. Instructions to enable are in the article.

Once done, you can use SAC from EC2 serial console. Screenshot below for illustration
