Creating dedicated host for Mac EC2 instancee

I have the free AWS account. I’m logged on to my management console through Safari on my iPhone. I want to create a dedicated host for a Mac EC2 instance. How do I do that? Or does it have to be done on a windows computer? Thanks

Turns out I have better access to the AWS GUI on my iPad, but I still haven’t figured out how to create a dedicated host yet.
