I have registered a domain in AWS. however i would like to use CERTIFICATES for my applications and servers etc. i am working on free tier , is ACM going to be charged if I request a certificate?

Public and private certificates provisioned through AWS Certificate Manager for use with ACM-integrated services, such as Elastic Load Balancing, Amazon CloudFront, and Amazon API Gateway services are free.
