SES emails only sending to verified emails

0

I created a sandbox account and then got it approved for production and verified my domain and my sending email address for us-east-1. When I try sending a test email, it will only send to an email I had verified in the sandbox and all the other addresses that I try do not deliver. it always gives me a message ID and not an error. It shows them as sent in the console statistics (I can see it going up), but not sure how to see what is happening with them. Any suggestions?

Hi there.

There are a number of reasons for this to happen. Please check the following article for possible reasons and solutions.

It was a combination of things. Initially I did not have the sending email approved. Once I did that, I was using a gmail account and it put them in spam. I also have a junk folder and missed the spam folder and they were in there.
