2024-07-19 02:21:54 : An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients: name@domain.com

Technical report:

Final-Recipient: rfc822; name@domain.com Status: 5.0.0

I am using WorkMail US East (N.Virginia) - us-east-1 and I am using a custom domain with all verified DNS records and Route53 is also configured. I am also not over the sending limit as I am not able to send a single email even to my own verified domain user.

Hi,

It seems there is a problem with your account that has caused a lock down of your AWS account. Please take a look at your Personal health dashboard in the AWS console. You should find instructions on what to do to resolve the issue.

kind regards, Robin
