WordPress Error Message: Please create your maintenance page in the plug in settings

When I try to access my wordpress admin page (wp-admin or wp-login), a white screen with this error message comes up so I can't access my wordpress site. Is there another way to log in to my wordpress site?

Hello.

A file called ".maintenance" may have been created in the WordPress directory, so try connecting to Lightsail via SSH and deleting it.
