  1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that all PCs have a stable and high-speed internet connection, as WorkDocs relies on internet connectivity to sync and access files.
  2. Update WorkDocs Client: Make sure that you have the latest version of the WorkDocs client installed. Updates often contain performance improvements and bug fixes.
  3. Restart the WorkDocs Client: Try restarting the WorkDocs client on the affected PCs to see if that resolves the issue.
  4. System Performance: Check the performance of the PCs, including CPU, memory, and disk usage. High resource usage can slow down applications like WorkDocs.
  5. File Syncing Issues: Large files or a high volume of files being synced can cause slowness. Check if there are any large files being uploaded or synced that could be causing the delay.
  6. Check for Conflicting Software: Some antivirus software or other applications may interfere with the WorkDocs client. Temporarily disable them to see if performance improves.
  7. Clear Cache: Clearing the WorkDocs client's cache might help improve performance. You can do this by signing out of the WorkDocs client and signing back in.

  • Good morning, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the app data folder, installing a Windows 10 PC from 0, just updating Windows. Net and workdocs client pc and it's still slow. Does anyone know what happens or do I generate a Tk to aws?

I've had the same issue for more that a week as well. I create invoices and save them in Workdocs and it can take up to 5 minutes for them to save. it just freezes going from Folder to folder and saving the file. Another employee is having the same issue in a different location

Unfortunately, WorkDocs is no longer a good option for my customers, and the support team is not helping. My solution is to move all my customers to the competition.
