Unable to start Lightsail instance

I have a Lightsail instance that I had turned off for some time (about a month or so). Today, I went to turn it back on so I can renew an SSL certificate on it but for the last 10-15 minutes, its status has been stuck on "Pending." It normally take under a minute for it to startup so what can I do about this? The instance was running without issue the last time I used it.

Hello.

There may have been some problem on the OS side when starting the instance.
If you leave it for a while, the status of the instance will probably change, so wait until the status changes before troubleshooting.
