Blocked elastic IP

0

Hello,
I currently have an elastic IP (34.243.61.80) that I cannot release because it is linked to a reverse DNS entry I can't access (the DNS entry is not accessible in my route 53).
Does someone knows how to release this IP ? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Samuel Fringeli

Hi Samuel,

Please open the Request to Remove Email Sending Limitations form [1] (sign in with your AWS account root user credentials) and describe your request to remove rDNS record from the EIP in the field named 'Use Case Description'. After you submit the form the appropriate team will contact you once the request is processed.
