Certificate Manager - Unexpected cost

I am trying to understand the cost associated with certificate management with regards to domain SSL. I have two public certificates from Amazon and they are registered to my domain and a subdomain. Is it unusual that I am paying ~$100/month for this? I was under the impression that there is no cost associated with public SSL certificates.

Apologies for the confusion. I was mistakenly looking at a previous months bill. The certificates do not appear to be costing anything.
