PAAPI - AWSSecretKey and AWSAccessKeyId migration from v4 to use paapi v5

Hello everyone We currently use PAAPI v4 and we can see the monetization on this console: amazon.it/gc/corp/payments/dashboard

We need to use PAAPI v5 to use the /searchItem service but we get the error again: Error: The Access Key Id xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is not enabled for accessing this version of Product Advertising API. Please migrate your credentials as referred here https://webservices.amazon.it/paapi5/documentation/migrating-your-product-advertising-api-account-from-your-aws-account.html.

I can see the credentials used for the production environment (secret key) from the aws developer console Following the documentation reported in response to the error it seems that the migration must take place through this portal : but we do not have an account with my current partnerID, how can I do to migrate my credentials for the test and production environment?
