For most top-level domains (TLDs), you can change the expiration date for a domain. See the documentation at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/domain-extend.html

godaddy has such a feature
https://www.godaddy.com/help/consolidate-my-domain-renewal-dates-428
also verisign has similar feature
https://www.domainnameapi.com/blog/how-can-weconsolidatedomain-expiration-dates
but AWS Route53 does not have such a feature but Route53 can extend your domain registration automatically
