How to retrieve deleted notebook instance on sagemaker?

I accidently deleted the notebook instance on sagemaker how do i retrieve the entire instance as such or else how to retrieve the files within the instance

Deletion of notebook instance is irreversible operation, and you cannot salvage your data from the deleted instance unfortunately. To avoid losing your code/asset in the future, please use code repository to maintain your codes/notebooks, and separate storage such as S3 for your data.
