SES verification always fails

There's an issue I'm facing with domain verification in SES: the TXT records have been added yet are not recognized. The new console shows nothing wrong whereas the old console shows there's an issue with verification.

This domain was previously verified, the TXT records are no longer being recognized. This all started after a loop that resulted in verification of the same domain in another region. The records from the other region were ultimately removed, and ever since then there have been issues to the verification of the domain in the original (production) region yet DKIM remains verified.

the value in DNS had artifacts, I corrected this and should correct the issue
