If you account was closed more than 90 days ago then you can't re-open it https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/reopen-aws-account
- Your account permanently closes in 90 days, after which you won't be able to reopen your account and AWS will delete the content remaining in your account.
If it's been more than 90 days then that account is gone forever. And you also can't open a new account with the same email address as the old one (that's now closed) https://docs.aws.amazon.com/accounts/latest/reference/manage-acct-closing.html#close-account-considerations
- You can't use the same email address that was registered to your AWS account at the time of its closure as the primary email of another AWS account.
It looks like you're going to have to create a brand new account from scratch if you want to use Bedrock.
