Bug / Issue with Beanstalk and Tomcat environments

This is more of a bug or oversight unless someone points me otherwise. But when creating a new Beanstalk Environment for an existing application using the Tomcat platform I'm not getting asked ( the fields don't appear at all ) during the creation of the environment what JVM memory settings should be used for the instances. After the environment launches, I need to go in and update the configuration before I see the fields which I can then change which deploys new instances.

Maybe I'm missing something, but not sure how since it's pretty straightforward. Wanted to mention it here in case someone else knew something and/or AWS sees this and adds it to the ask list.
