Unity SDK - AmazonClientException: No RegionEndpoint or ServiceURL configured - Error occurs when creating up the Amazon Dynamo DB Client in script

I have followed the documentation for setting up the Unity SDK and I have configured the region in the awsconfig.json so it matches the dynamo table and cognito identity pool regions. I have edited the json for the IAM role for the guest user in the identity pool so the "resources" uses the ARN for the table.
