Backend and frontend communication In ECS

I have 2 containers in ECR. I have formed an ECS cluster with 2 task definitions, 2 services. The frontend is an angular container, backend is springboot container.I have a .com dns. I would like to connect them. How can I go about it?

There are many options and without some more business context it's hard to prescribe any solution.

On top of the solutions proposed on FRONTEND AND BACKEND CONNECTION IN AWS ECS by Venkat Penmetsa, I would recommend you to consider ECS Service Connect.
