Deepracer import model error

After 3 years of using import model, in the last 24 hrs, I started to receive the error "Import error: Failed to create required role for import model" when trying to import a new model from S3. The bucket has the policy to allow access as specified in the documentation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/deepracer/latest/developerguide/import-export-models.html#import-to-console What could be the fix ?
