ArchiveId had hyphen; Not addressed in docs.

Question

I followed the instructions and used the API to delete the archives and that allowed me to delete 2 of the 3 vaults, but ran into an issue with deleting some the archives in the remaining vault.  
  
The archive ids for the remaining archives started with a hyphen. Which following the docs didn't mention or provide any guidance about.  
  
Any ideas on how to get these archives to actually go away so I can delete the vault?  
  
Updated to reflect actual cause of the problem, so this might be helpful to someone in the future.

Apparently, this issue is known. You just have to search GitHub's bug tracker for the CLI in order to find the information.
