Need Help Please: AWS Skill Builder (Cloud Quest) support for Recertification sync errors

0

I am trying to recertify, but Skillbuilder does not recognize that I have a certification (which is about to expire in four weeks). I opened tickets, but received no help beyond automated, scripted answers that don't resolve my Certification sync error. My Skillbuilder, my console, and Credly/PearsonVue all have the same email used. Please let me know if you know who can look into this as no one has helped and I don't want to lose my recertification via Skillbuilder. I received the "Recertify" link via email, but Skillbuilder still isn't showing my certification as active.

Can someone please help, I already completed the modules but can't proceed due to missing cert

I understand your frustration with the certification sync issue in AWS Skill Builder. Since you've already opened a support case and are experiencing difficulties, I recommend continuing to work through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/ to add detailed correspondence about your specific situation. Make sure to mention that you've received the recertification email link but Skill Builder isn't recognizing your active certification, despite having consistent email addresses across all platforms.

Regarding AWS Cloud Quest for recertification: This game-based recertification option is available for AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner holders who are within six months of their certification expiration date. The system should automatically recognize your eligibility if you meet these criteria and have an active AWS Skill Builder subscription.

Since technical sync issues like this require account-specific investigation that goes beyond general guidance, your support case is the appropriate channel for resolution. When adding correspondence to your existing case, be specific about: the certification you hold, your exact expiration date, confirmation that all platforms show the same email, and that you've received the recertification email but cannot proceed.

If you're concerned about timing with only four weeks until expiration, you might also consider the traditional exam-based recertification path as a backup option while your sync issue is being resolved. Both paths result in an active, valid credential. You can review your AWS Support plan options if you need faster response times for urgent matters like this.

  • Automated responses are not solving my issue and no one has responded to the ticket opened. I would like a human person to help solve this issue.
