Is AWS Cost Explorer Hourly Billing View for the previous hour or next hour?

I'm trying to associate cost per hour of EC2 resources to other usage data. So I'd like to know if I generate the EC2 cost per hour for the last 2 weeks and I see a value for "Jun 10, 2023 12:00 AM*", is that the cost for the previous hour or the next hour?

To be clear which one is it? Jun 10, 2023 12:00 AM* -> [Jun 9, 2023 23:00 PM - Jun 10, 2023 12:00 AM) Jun 10, 2023 12:00 AM* -> [Jun 10, 2023 12:00 AM - Jun 10, 2023 01:00 AM)

When the time 12:00 is mentioned, it refers to a full hour, covering the time range from 12:00 (the very start of the day) to 12:59 (the very end of the hour). This means that any data gathered during this hour is considered part of the '12:00' time slot.

This is analogous to when talking about a date, like June 1st, which includes all the data from that entire day, starting from 00:00 up until 23:59.
