SageMaker Domain Experiencing Daily Maintenance Reboots

Hello,

I am writing to report a recurring issue with my SageMaker domains. Until recently, they were functioning correctly. However, starting on February 15th, I have experienced a maintenance reboot every day for the past five days.

This daily interruption is significantly impacting my work and causing considerable inconvenience due to the constant environment restarts.

I have checked the AWS Health Dashboard, which indicates a scheduled maintenance event on June 30, 2025. Despite this, the daily reboots continue to occur. The dashboard otherwise reports no issues.

I have also attempted to create a new SageMaker domain in a different region, but the problem persists in the new domain as well.

My understanding, based on the documentation, is that maintenance should typically occur approximately every 90 days. The current frequency of daily reboots seems abnormal.

Could this be an AWS bug? If so, how can it be resolved?
