Are any AWS Glue SMEs around to explain the significance (if any) of "Last Modified" in the AWS Glue Studio Jobs list. Enter image description here . Can we use this to understand the last time the job's configurations were updated?

Yes, that indicates when the job was saved, either using the console save button or any of the APIs. Notice this doesn't track the script file or any other dependent files or resources.

    Would you happen to know if this might also include updates to the Glue framework, such as when there is a system update or bugfix? Or is it only for user updated events?

    No, any update to the runtime is not related with that timestamp, it's completely separate.
