Billing question

Dear AWS Support,

I am paying approximately 70 USD each month to some services. I used those services with a consultant for some project which is terminated now. So I want to cancel all services that incur charges. But I could not find anywhere the source of those charges.

In short, I want to shutdown all the services, everything that incur monthly charge.

Regards,

Hello,

Shutdown all services to stop monthly charges:

  • Login to AWS Management Console.
  • Search "Cost Explorer" and analyze costs by service.
  • Identify unused services.
  • Terminate those services from their respective consoles (EC2, S3, etc.).

You can use Cost Explorer for different dimensions (Region, Service, etc.) to find services you are paying for

Dear AWS Support,

I found that all the usage is coming from another account. How can I delete this linked account?
