Hello,
Shutdown all services to stop monthly charges:
- Login to AWS Management Console.
- Search "Cost Explorer" and analyze costs by service.
- Identify unused services.
- Terminate those services from their respective consoles (EC2, S3, etc.).

You can use Cost Explorer for different dimensions (Region, Service, etc.) to find services you are paying for

After you've closed it, you can reopen it within 90 days from the day you closed the account. The timespan between the day you closed the account and when AWS permanently closes the account is referred to as the post-closure period.
