Google Analytics is a very integrated product with many facets.

One AWS product I would say is [Amazon Pinpoint](https://aws.amazon.com/pinpoint/) which includes campaigns.

However depends on your usecase, you might also benefits from other services such as Kinesis Data Analytics, as shown in [this](https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/big-data/create-real-time-clickstream-sessions-and-run-analytics-with-amazon-kinesis-data-analytics-aws-glue-and-amazon-athena/) blog post.
