Unable to register AWS at stage 4

Question

At stage 4 of the registration, I have to choose my Country's code, fill in my telephone number and the captcha code.

I did all that but it always dis play this: 
 Sorry, there was an error processing your request. Please try again and if the error persists, contact AWS Customer Support 
Or this
Security check characters are incorrect. Please try again.

Although I already typed in all correct information, It still display those 2.

Please help me solve this. I'm from Vietnam.

I am getting this error too for like a week, I been trying multiple times to activate my account using my phone number, but It always show that error.
please help me to fix this, I am from Morocco.
