Change email address on AWS WordPress

Hi everyone I want to change the default email address of user@example.com to my email address in AWS WordPress. I replaced my email address with the default one (user@example.com) and WordPress says it will send an email to the new one to verify it but it never sends an email. Can you please help me with this. Regards Heerbod

    In which service did you create Wordpress? EC2? Lightsail? marketplace?
