operation event notify

Dear Team,

Can you please help if my understanding is correct with aws user notification.

i have enabled AWS managed notifications subscriptions
I then configured Health Operations manage subscriptions
I have added email ID delivery1 @ example.com in delivery channel. So now i have two emails, one is alternate email configured on account level operation contact which is operation @ example.com and other is delivery1 @ example.com

Above is sub/child account and not the organization main account. After a day, i see below AWS Health Event in notification center. However, i did not receive any email on either operation @ example.com or delivery1 @ example.com. was that expected ?

Another issue i have observed. When i refresh the page and go to AWS managed notifications subscriptions -> Health Operations -> Manage subscriptions, all my selection got lost and i have to re-enable the primary and operation contact blue button.

Hi there, when you look at the notification - can you confirm that the category listed at the bottom of the notification under AWS managed notification details (e.g., Operations) is the same category you subscribed the emails to?

    Event Type - AWS Health Event
    Category - Operations
