Can you please help if my understanding is correct with aws user notification.
i have enabled AWS managed notifications subscriptions
I then configured Health Operations manage subscriptions
I have added email ID delivery1 @ example.com in delivery channel. So now i have two emails, one is alternate email configured on account level operation contact which is operation @ example.com and other is delivery1 @ example.com
Above is sub/child account and not the organization main account. After a day, i see below AWS Health Event in notification center. However, i did not receive any email on either operation @ example.com or delivery1 @ example.com. was that expected ?

You are receiving this message because your VPN Connection vpn-xyz in the eu-west-1 Region had a momentary lapse of redundancy as one of two tunnel endpoints (Tunnel Outside IP: 1.2.3.4) was replaced. Connectivity on the second tunnel was not affected during this time. Both tunnels are now operating normally.
Another issue i have observed. When i refresh the page and go to AWS managed notifications subscriptions -> Health Operations -> Manage subscriptions, all my selection got lost and i have to re-enable the primary and operation contact blue button.

Yes, i checked at bottom of notification under AWS managed notification.
It has
Event Type - AWS Health Event
Category - Operations
