Like I said the same email works fine from old server and from desktop email clients, but the same email setting doesn't work from new server IP, so it is not email user permission. Is it possible that is warming an IP for SMTP? but it been 2 weeks.
Hi,
The error you received is due to permissions. You're trying to send a email as another user or group but lack the permissions to do so. You can give the user you've used permission to send as or send on behalf of in the WorkMail console. You can find more information in the documentation here
Kind regards, Robin
Thank you Robin, like you said the issue was the new website smtp mailer was using login user and trying to send email from different email address, causing smtp server to say you don't have permission to send from this email.

Hi, no the error you are receiving is due to permission problems. The user that is used for authentication against the WorkMail SMTP server does not have permissions to use the email address that is used as From. Robin
