Is it possible to play audio files in Device farm, that triggers a response in an Android phone?

The requirement is to run a few voice utterances (Eg: OK google or Alexa, Hows the whether) in device farm and see if I can get a response on the phone using Appium. If I have the voice utterances maintained in mp3 format, can the output be played from the machine? so the phone can respond to the request?
