Unable to access my account due to MFA

0

I have been trying to access my other AWS account for months now. I no longer have access to the email address I used for the MFA. I am being billed on both accounts. I have created multiple support tickets. On one conversation I had via email with AWS , I even suggested providing government issued identification and maybe a court signed document to show the documents belonged to me. Yet Amazon has chosen to ignore me and run circled around me. At this point, I am totally fed up with Amazon and would just like to get access to my domains and move them out. Please someone help me.

Thanks

  • I have still not been able to access my account, this is becoming a nightmare. I have reached my wits end and I will seek legal advice

  • I have still not been able to access my account and I am still being billed. This is a nightmare situation, that I will never repeat ever again.
