For this, you will need to inspect your EMR logs and will need some knowledge on how logging works on EMR: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/emr/latest/ManagementGuide/emr-manage-view-web-log-files.html
I'm wondering why you are using DataPipeline? Are you exporting to CSV to use with some other application? Or are you trying to copy DynamoDB tables cross-account/region?
