Public IP VPN STS

Dear all, I hereby make the following query:

I am about to create a VPN Site_to_Site where I have all the data to do it. When generating the VPN, AWS assigns the local peer (public IP) dynamically, and here I ask you, is it possible that I define the local peer (public IP) statically, that is, to be able to use a particular public IP?

Those Public IPs are dynamically assigned by AWS as you correctly pointed out. These are AWS owned Public IPs and can not be changed, On CGW you can obviously use your own Public IPs but on VGW/TGW the Public IPs are assigned by AWS.

The Customer gateway is clear that if I can assign the public IP statically, since the client gave me his peer (public IP).
