AWS Elemental Media Convert does not currently support PrivateLink (VPC Endpoint). You can see a list of services that do on the following page: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/privatelink/aws-services-privatelink-support.html

So will we be still able to access mediaconvert from a lambda function which is inside a VPC and private subnet without VPC endpoint?
You will need to provide internet access to the Lambda function via a NAT Gateway. You can see the following post for information on how to do that: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/internet-access-lambda-function
Is there any way we can have it without going through the internet?
Updating my answer from yesterday for clarity - The only way to do this would be with a VPC endpoint but AWS Elemental MediaConvert doesn't currently support that so you will have to use the public endpoints.
So if we have to use a public endpoint we would need an internet right? If not could you give me the steps to establish connection from a lambda function inside a private subnet in VPC?
