Why is it not my default region as I have set in account setting when I login with my account?

I have set the default region as "Soul" for my account, but why is it "Tokyo" when I login？Have I missed something to set? Thanks.

In the navigation bar please when you choose your account name kindly choose Settings to navigate to the Unified Settings page. Choose Edit next to Localization and default Region. Select your default Region, then choose "Save changes". If you do not select a default Region, the last Region you visited will be your default
