I understand you're experiencing a Builder ID block that's preventing you from accessing your AWS Skill Builder subscription. The error message ERR-837 indicates there's an account-level issue with your Builder ID that requires AWS Support assistance to resolve.

Since you've already opened a support case, I recommend checking the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/ to view the status of your existing case and add any additional correspondence if needed. Support cases are typically handled in the order they're received, and response times can vary based on your AWS Support plan.

For Builder ID and Skill Builder access issues specifically, the support team will need to investigate the account block directly. If you haven't received a response within the expected timeframe for your support plan, you can add an update to your case through the Support Center to check on its status.

Additionally, you may want to review your AWS Support plan options if you need faster response times for future issues. Different support tiers offer varying response time commitments based on the severity and nature of the issue.
