New DeepRacer vehicle compute battery DOA

Just received my DeepRacer Evo and the compute battery (Asus power bank) is dead on arrival. When you attempt to charge it, the LEDs flash quickly which the manual indicates is an error condition. I left it on the charger for a few hours but no change. The power bank won't turn on at all. How do I go about getting a replacement power bank? A quick search of the forums shows that this seems to be a common issue. For reference, my Amazon order is #113-4655438-6809828. Thanks.
