route 53 domain in another closed account

hello, I recently closed an aws console account, with a domain registered with route 53 inside; how can I get it back from another aws account I own?

If it’s within 90 days you can login as root and reopen the account.

https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/reopen-aws-account

You may still be able to access the domain.

Otherwise you may be able to have it moved to your account so long as the contact details are accurate as I suspect a confirmation email would be sent to the registered owners of the domain.
