Very Urgent-AWS Certification Account LastName update

Hi, I raised few cases in AWS support(https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training) to update Last Name in my Certification Account profile to comply with my Id proof. My current name on account is KAZI MUNEEB but it should be (surname) KAZI (last name) MUNEEBUDDIN. I didn't hear back from anyone. Please help me to get update my Last Name as I have Exam on 2 January 2023. The AWS support in not responding please help I have just 1 day left for the exam.
