about nice dcv license

Question

i have a nice dcv ubuntu remote desktop vm ovf img on my local pc, i want to upload it to the other could platform and it say no license available, i think it shoud have automatic evaluation license while i install it. it lass 30 day.

Hey there! The license is active for 30 days and then will need to have a valid license. If you have exported ovf and then used [VM Import Export](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vm-import/latest/userguide/vmimport-image-import.html) to bring it to EC2, make sure the EC2 instance using the image has the [required IAM permissions](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dcv/latest/adminguide/setting-up-license.html#setting-up-license-ec2) to retrieve the license.
