AWS account email has been changed

Hello,

I created my AWS account for business project. However, it has now been hacked and the email has been changed. So I cannot access it anymore. I am afraid of what the hacker may do and the billing it may charge me. I don't know how long I have to wait, but it has been hours since I have been waiting in support chat. Can I get help as soon as possible?
