Lightsail postgres database Emergency Restore creates Incompatible-Restore

I had a database which got to a Full-Storage status. I tried creating an emergency restore with a bigger plan but everytime I'm getting status "Incompatible Restore" and I can not use the restored databases at all. What are my options?
