How to remove email sending limitations

Please help, we are planning to move our website server using ec2 from AWS, but are constrained by email sending restrictions.

We have submitted several requests to remove email restrictions on our account since several months ago (https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/contacts#/rdns-limits) but until now we have not received any response.

Hello.

As mentioned in the comments in the document below, we do not recommend applying to remove the restriction on port 25 in AWS because the hurdles to approval are high.

I recommend using Amazon SES to send emails instead.  
Amazon SES also requires an application for production access, but I think the hurdle is lower than lifting the restriction on port 25.
